The currency displayed on the site is USD/CAD.

We strive to ship items as quickly as possible, typically within one business day. Average shipping times are 2-6 business days depending on the location we ship from. We usually ship from our warehouses in the USA & Canada.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at Sales@furnimax.ca

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. Our return policy allows for a 14-day window after the item is received to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@furnimax.ca. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

You can cancel your order without any penalty as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system to receive a full refund.

If you accidentally provided the wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correct one. If you realize the mistake after 24 hours, please email us at Sales@furnimax.ca and we will do our best to update the address. However, we cannot offer a refund after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Typically, shipping takes one business day on average.
