We would like to express our gratitude for choosing Furnimax Furniture as your shopping destination. We would like to provide you with a comprehensive overview of our Domestic Shipping Policy, which includes the following terms and conditions.

Shipment Processing Time:

At Furnimax Furniture, we make every effort to process all orders within one business day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. However, during periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in shipment processing. In such cases, we will communicate with you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We are pleased to offer free shipping within the Continental US&CA for specific products available at Furnimax Furniture. Our warehouses in the USA & Canada facilitate shipping, and delivery times may vary between 2-6 days, depending on the product and shipping location.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

Please note that we do not provide shipping services to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours of shipment. 

International Shipping Policy:

We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer shipping services outside of the United States and Canada.

Return Policy:

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. Our return policy allows for a 14-day window after the item is received to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@Furnimax.ca. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

We request that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
